There is no breakthrough without breakdown.
When problem solving on issues which are of great import and magnitude, especially where multiple polarities are involved, you can never be sure of truly attacking the problem until real tensions start rising to the surface.
The challenge, of course, is how to manage such tensions in a way that results in constructive solutions.
